Our transparent export process ensures you get exactly what you ordered.
Sourcing (Collection)
Our trucks visit households in Seoul's premium districts (Gangnam, Seongsu, Hongdae) to collect clothes directly. We do not use street donation bins to avoid moisture and contamination.
Sorting & Quality Check
At our Pocheon warehouse, expert sorters group items by category (Summer/Winter, Men/Women/Kids) and inspect every piece. We discard any waste or heavily damaged items so only sellable stock reaches your container.
Pressing & Baling
Sorted items are compressed into 45kg, 80kg, or 100kg bales wrapped in protective waterproof covering. We label each bale clearly with its category and weight.
Container Loading
Bales are optimized for 20ft or 40ft containers. We provide a full packing list and photos of the loading process to ensure transparency.
